OLMS WaterPod FlowerTubes

MADE FROM BAGASSE:

  • Bagasse - renewable plant fiber that comes from sugarcane

  • Bagasse has GHG emissions that are significantly lower than plastic, making it a low-carbon material.

  • Bagasse - a plant-based material, not a petroleum by-product

BIODEGRADABLE:

  • OLMS WaterPod Flower Tubes are made from bio-based materials that have been certified as safe for industrial & home compost bins.

  • OLMS WaterPod Flower Tubes can be disposed of with the flowers, and will decompose within 18-24 months in ordinary soil

  • Reusable for up to 12 months

SIZING & STICKS:

  • OLMS WaterPod Flower Tubes come in two neck diameters: X-SMALL (4.45mm), & SMALL (7mm)

  • Snipping the neck slightly will allow for even larger stems (roses) in the tube.

  • All WaterPods have an indent at the bottom for a lengthening stick. (sticks sold separately)

FILLING WITH WATER:

  • Option 1: Tilt the tube slightly and hold under a small steady stream of water until filled

  • Option 2: submerge in a bucket of water, squeeze tube until filled with water

  • Option 3: use a small thin necked wash bottle to fill WaterPod at the neck

    *Pre-fill OLMS WaterPods with water, then store in a vessel with more water so that they are ready to go when needed.

Built-In Card Slot

  • The vertical cut at the top holds most note cards & business cards firmly in place. It measures 3/4” long, 1/16” wide.

  • This is the most eco-friendly option for OLMS floral card holders

  • 16” stick orders WITHOUT elastics receive 10% more sticks (except orders of 2,000)

Cards + Elastics

  • The elastics are for thick card stock &/or multiple cards (16” sticks only)

  • Pick your stick quantity, then choose your Elastic color (Black; White; Earthy Gold; Chocolate Brown). 

  • Place your card at the top of the OLMS Floral Stick, then slide the elastic loop up from the bottom of the stick. Do a quick twist to secure the elastic up over your card, and on to the head of the OLMS Stick.

  • Good option for deliveries

Made From Bamboo:

  • Bamboo is a rapidly-renewing grass

  • Bamboo products biodegrade naturally unlike plastic

  • Bamboo grows without fertilizers or pesticides, and produces 35% more oxygen compared to similar plants.

Dimensions:

  • OLMS Bamboo Floral Sticks come in two lengths: 9” (22.8cm) & 16" long (40.6cm),

  • Each size has notches near the bottom so you can shorten as necessary.

  • The built-in card slot at the top is 3/4” long (1.8mm), and will hold your note card, place card or business card firmly

  • If your note card is on the thicker or larger side, use with elastics (see above)

Adjustable Length:

  • OLMS bamboo floral sticks have two notches that allow you to shorten your OLMS Sticks

  • Gently bend or snap at the notch and customize the length of your sticks

  • The notches can also be used as guides - shorten to the exact length you need

Choose Elastic Color:

  • The elastics are only available with the 16” OLMS sticks

  • Elastics will secure your larger note card or envelope to the 16” OLMS Stick.

  • Choose one of four colors: Black; White; Earthy Gold; and Chocolate Brown (go with what is prettiest for your branding).

  • Slide the Elastic loop up from the bottom of the OLMS Stick, then do a quick twist over the card (the twist is optional) Secure on to the little bulb at the top of stick.
